The iCare Promise

We created the iCare Promise because we believe that there is more to this world than just providing exceptional eye care. It is our promise to care for and serve our community for the greater good.

We do this because we believe it is important to do our part in making a positive impact on our community.  We also do this because we feel it is the right thing to do. Here are the charitable and public service organizations we contribute to:

Good Shepherd Catholic School

iCare Family Vision supports Good Shepherd Catholic School through volunteer opportunities and financial donations. Good Shepherd aims to foster the spiritual, intellectual, moral, emotional, social, and physical growth of each child by providing a quality Catholic education.

Good Shepherd is committed to providing your child with a rigorous academic experience rooted in faith and values. Their dedicated teachers foster an environment where students can excel academically while also embracing the principles of compassion, respect, and service. With a strong emphasis on moral development and a challenging curriculum, they prepare students not only for academic success but also to become responsible and compassionate individuals who make a positive impact on the world. At Good Shepherd, your child will receive an education that nurtures both their intellect and their spirit.

STEP - The St. Louis Park Emergency Program

iCare Family Vision has partnered with STEP to financially sponsor The Canadian Pacific Christmas Train. The mission of the Christmas Train is to address food insecurity in the communities it stops.

Annually in December, the train arrives right in front of iCare Family Vision. Arrive on site ahead of the train to enjoy warm food and beverages, listen to holiday music, drop off your food shelf donation, and grab a good spot. The event is free. Attendees are invited to bring a financial donation or healthy food item for STEP–St. Louis Park Emergency Program. stepslp.org

St Louis Park Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup

iCare Family Vision recognizes the critical importance of participating in local highway cleanups as a fundamental aspect of its commitment to community and environmental stewardship. Engaging in these initiatives is not merely a philanthropic gesture but a strategic investment in the well-being of the communities it serves.

We clean the roads along County Road 25 (Hwy 7) and Lake Street: starting at Highway 100 extending to Lake Calhoun. Our promise is to keep our roads clean and safe.

It’s our goal to spread the iCare Promise as far as possible.  In the future we plan to partner with other local organizations that support our mission to serve our community for the greater good.

Are there local organization you are passionate about? We'd love to hear about them!
